Front light (005) Euro 17.95

Basta IV Pro. Uses four very efficient white LED’s. Thanks to clever electronics it runs 72 hours (400 in blinking mode) on just 3 AAA (small) penlights. Weighs only 50 grams. With blinking mode for visibility. Gives sufficient light for an occasional ride in the dark. If you ride in the dark a lot, or under difficult circumstances we advise to use 2, or to use a heavier alternative.

By cutting away the section colored red in this picture (it actually is black of course) the Basta Pro can be mounted using a single hole (pop-rivet-size in the fairing.) Use a lager washer on the inside for support. Can be mounted left or right

Availability

The KV4 is available Worldwide

With some countries ( particularly  Canada, Australia ) we have experienced long delays in customs resulting in annoying delays for our customers and serious additional costs to us
We can accept your order from outside the EU if you are prepared the risk of a long wait.

(So far we have had no problems with, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden and Switzerland )

We do ship to all countries in the world, but notice that we do not accept any legal responsibility for anything. If you decide to buy and construct the kit and use it in traffic or whereever, it is your decision and your responsibility. Our guarantee will cover only replacement of defective components.
Please note that we do not like to make such a statement, but some legal systems force us to do so.

Step 1 Quotation request

Step 2 Automatic e-mail

You will get an automatic e-mail confirming reception

 

Step 3 Detailed quotation

We will process your request an send you an e-mail with a detailed quotation and all the in formation you need to make a payment. In this e mail you can also check if the information you gave us is correct.
You will be asked to transfer the amount to our Dutch (ING) bank account

Alternatively we offer the possibility to pay through PayPal, just send an e-mail to info@dutchbikes.nl if you prefer this option.

 

Step 4 Confirmation

Upon receipt of your payment we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and stating the final delivery time. (As this might have changed in the meantime.)

 

Step 5 Shipment

Your order will be shipped to you as soon as it is available.

 

Payment with credit card.

Since the credit card companies charge about 5% for their services we have decided not to offer this possibility. Should there be great demand (let us know) we will comply (price would be up by 5% of course)

According to EU regulation, banks are not allowed to charge more for the transfer of money (in Euros) from an EU country to the Netherlands, than what they charge for a (local) national money transfer.

 

From non Euro currency countries:

Ask your bank for a “European payment” this will allow you to make a transfer for the same costs and conditions as for a national (local) bank transfer. Be sure to make the transfer in Euros and to use the abovementioned codes

Trust.

We realize that asking you to transfer money in advance is a matter of trust. We also realize that if we don’t deliver what we promise, with the internet, most of our potential customers would learn about it in a matter of days. If in doubt, contact one of our customers who has submitted his story and email address to our site. They would be very happy to tell you exactly how the feel about us and their kit recumbent.

Cancellation

Up until three weeks before the delivery time stated in our confirmation of your order, if you have transferred money, you may request a refund. We will refund the full amount. You don’t have to give us a reason. If there are any bank transfer cost they will be deducted from the amount. Naturally this also means that you have cancelled the order.

After three weeks before delivery time stated in our confirmation of your order, no cancellation or money back is possible. If we are more than two weeks too late in delivering cancellation is you may also request a refund. If the kit has not yet been sent to you, we will refund the full amount. You don’t have to give us a reason. If there are any bank transfer cost they will be deducted from the amount. Naturally this also means that you have cancelled the order. If the kit has already been sent or if it is on its way, no cancellation or money back is possible.

It is not possible to obtain the kit without forwarding.

Outside EU: duty payments if any to be paid by the customer

Because of previous bad experiences (very long delays) with shipments to customers outside the EU we can only accept your order from outside the EU if you are prepared the risk of a long wait.

(we have had it happen that two out if three parcels arrived with a month delay, and that the last parcel took a little over half a year!)
